Khani O’Daniel was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at North Carolina A&T State University. Upon graduation, Khani returned to Ohio and received her Master’s Degree in Accounting at The Ohio State University. Prior to becoming a realtor, Khani gained experience in finance/accounting industry for several years. Khani’s background enhances her ability to guide clients through the financial real estate process. Ensuring clients make sound and informed decisions. After all, this is one of the biggest purchases of a client’s life.
